Rise and Shine Yoga

Here is a video of our Skype visit with Shakta this morning! She is the founder of Radiant Child Yoga!!! She led the "I am," meditation, answered questions from the students and then sang Long  Time Sun with us.  It was a very special experience for us all.  Thanks, Shakta!!!
