Welcome to my blog for kids and parents about YOGA!!!! I am so excited because I just received my Radiant Child Yoga Certificate in the mail-what a great Christmas present! I have submitted a proposal to Lifelong Learning and am hopeful to have a new club at JFK up and running by the middle of January! The club, Rise and Shine Yoga, will focus on the practice of Kundalini Yoga, as meant for children, and developed by Radiant Child Yoga founder, Shakta Kaur Khalsa. Stay tuned for an update regarding the progress of the club and how to sign up.
