Rise and Shine Week #1!

Although many of the yogis were up late watching the Superbowl, we had 23 arrive at JFK, bright and early, ready for our first "spring" session of Rise and Shine Yoga.  The children got acquainted and dove right into yoga! We stretched, learned new poses such as "Cat/Cow" and "Tree Pose".  Mrs. W. read The ABCs of Yoga for Kids by Teresa Anne Power, and we played "The Name Game."  What a great first week!
