Rise and Shine

Today was a yoga party! It was our last class and we celebrated by completing a set of some of our favorite poses. Everyone "struck a pose," at the end of class, demonstrating a pose they enjoy. We had a long relaxation and did a quiet two minute meditation-it was great! I look forward to seeing everyone in the spring! Stay tuned for the next round of sign ups in 2012!

Exciting news Yogis!!! Shakta Khalsa, the founder of Radiant Child Yoga, will be joining US on Monday morning for our class. I am so excited I can hardly speak! It will be a FANTASTIC morning, so make sure you are on time!
