I am just back from level III Radiant Child Yoga training at Kripalu, with Shakta, and it was AMAZING!!! I met many new friends and learned new strategies that will enhance my yoga practice. I can't wait to try some of these activities with you! Thanks to everyone who made me feel welcome to the group, even thought I arrived late to the party, like a long lost cousin! Special thanks to Erin for being my partner during the deep listening exercise. I can honestly say that I have a new friend, a true friend, one who listens without judgement and listens deeply. What a powerful experience this was! I will never forget the energy between us, and the energy in the room! I think we will ALL have to Skype with each other just to keep this practice going. Thanks to Shakta for guiding us on this yoga journey and for sharing her wisdom and strength with all of us! I can't wait to see the picture on Facebook!

Young Yogis
Well everyone, the yoga on the beach with Bonnie from Sea of Abundance Yoga was awesome! It was Mr. Williams' FIRST yoga class and he loved it! We were the only students in the class, so we had a private couples session with Bonnie. It was great to look out at the ocean, feel the cool breeze on my face and do yoga with Mr. W. Thanks Bonnie!
It's off to Kripalu this week to see Shakta and complete Level III of the RCY training. I am so excited!

Young Yogis
I hope everyone had a splendid 4th of July! I am at the shore(New Jersey) and enjoying the waves and the sun. With my 6 mile run this morning, I have passed the 600 mile mark for the year and am definitely on target to hit 1000 miles by the end of the year! Are you exercising young yogi? It is very important to keep up your fitness! I am going to a yoga class on the beach tomorrow morning, with Bonnie from Sea of Abundance Yoga. I will be keeping all of you in my thoughts! It's off to Kripalu next week to see Shakta and complete Level Three of the RCY training. I can't wait!
