One More Week!
We had a small yoga class this week! Students must be experiencing some of the illness that has been going around. We hope to have our yogis back for our last class on Monday! This week, our yoga class was built around the ABCs of Yoga. Can you guess what letter these poses represent?

Rise and Shine Yoga Update
Our yogis have enjoyed several sessions of Rise and Shine Yoga. It is an amazing way to stay centered before a week of learning.
