Message from Mrs. Williams

I am a student of Kundalini Yoga and it has changed my life! My teacher, Guruatma Kaur Khalsa, has been an inspiration to me, as her teacher, Yogi Bhajan, was to her. I have been trained in Radiant Child Yoga by the founder of the program, Shakta Kaur Khalsa, who is also an inspiration to me! I am thrilled to share my love of yoga with children outside of the classroom environment and to help them develop life long stratgeies for being healthy and happy people!
