WOW!!!! Before I could even post that registration for Rise and Shine Yoga was open for the spring session, the course closed because it is FULL!!!! Wahe Guru!! I think this is the fastest a session has ever closed so quickly due to capacity, and this is the 10th session of yoga that I have offered for public school children over the past 4 years. This AFFIRMS for me something we all know; KIDS WANT YOGA, KIDS NEED YOGA!!! As Shakta, my teacher and mentor always says, "children are big souls in small bodies, listen to them, they know what they need." Yes, they certainly do. :) It is going to be a great spring!
